The production

Once your artwork is approved, your logo/design is digitized and made ready to be embroidered onto your chosen apparel products.

From the time you place your order, to the time it is completed, your order should take about 10 business days. Please note that we can rush order many of the apparel items we offer, to meet tight deadlines, but there will be a rush order charge added.

Completion

Once your custom ebroidered items are complete, your order is counted and checked again for any flaws, and then boxed and made ready for pickup or delivery.

You will be notified if there are questions or concerns, and when your order is complete and ready.
